How is this different from my Oura / Whoop?

Your Oura tells you how badly you slept. DUSQ is doing something while you sleep. It detects each disruption and responds in seconds, pulling you back into deep sleep before you surface. By morning, your tracker shows a better night. DUSQ is why.

I've tried melatonin, magnesium, everything. Why would this work?

Because everything you've tried works at one point in the night. Melatonin gets you to sleep. Nothing follows you into 3am, where shallow, fragmented sleep quietly wrecks your recovery. DUSQ works across the whole window: faster sleep onset, and active response to every disruption through the night. Not a pill for one moment. A system for the whole night.

Can I actually sleep in it comfortably?

DUSQ sits flat behind the ear, no pressure point against the pillow, no wire, nothing that shifts. Designed to be worn on your side. Most people forget they have it on.

How does the patch stay on, how often do I replace it?

DUSQ attaches via a medical grade adhesive patch engineered to fit precisely on the mastoid junction behind the ear. The patch stays on throughout the night and peels off easily in the morning. Each patch lasts one week. It comes with seven adhesive layers. You peel and replace one layer each night. Seven nights, seven layers, one patch. The starter pack includes 12 patches: a three-month supply. Refill packs are available at $25 for three months.

Does it work with sleep apnea or if I use a CPAP?

DUSQ isn't built for sleep apnea. Apnea is a mechanical issue, your airway collapsing or your brain not signalling the body to breathe. DUSQ works on something different, the nervous system staying stuck in stress mode overnight. If you're on a CPAP, stay on it. Talk to your sleep doctor before adding anything new. DUSQ might sit alongside it as a complement, but it isn't a replacement.

Who shouldn't use DUSQ?

DUSQ is contraindicated for anyone with pacemakers, implanted cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), deep brain stimulators, cochlear implants, vagus nerve stimulator implants, or metallic implants in the head and neck region. Also: epilepsy or seizure disorders without medical supervision, pregnancy, and anyone under 18. If you have any active medical implant, consult your physician before use.
