Someone who understands that sleep is a clinical domain, not a wellness category. Brings genuine curiosity about sleep science and autonomic regulation to every user interaction.
Owns: A personal caseload of DUSQ users from device receipt through long-term monthly review across six layers: hygiene, nutrition, wind-down patterns, device data, sleep architecture, and clinical safety oversight.
Runs structured intake sessions of 60 to 75 minutes, weekly check-ins during the first six weeks, then bi-weekly and monthly reviews thereafter. Documents every session. Flags red flags. Escalates when a case exceeds scope. Responds to user messages within 24 hours via our internal platform.
Profiles considered: Clinical Psychologist, CBT Therapist, Rehabilitation Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Dietitian, Neurophysiology Technologist.
Must be comfortable working US hours. Work from office / hybrid / remote (NCR).
Someone who can turn data and science into motion that people stop scrolling for. Strong sense of pacing, typography in motion, and visual rhythm.
Owns: Infographic reels, kinetic typography, data visualisations, motion across content assets. Stays on top of motion trends on Reels and TikTok and adapts them to DUSQ's visual language.
AI-first. Comfortable in After Effects. Experience with health, fitness, or science-led brands is a plus.
2 to 5 years experience preferred. Strong proof of work required.
Someone who designs interfaces that feel as considered as a clinical device. Thinks in systems.
Owns: Website and landing page design, app and product interface, email templates, and design system across all digital touchpoints. Works directly with engineering to ensure builds match intent.
Translates DUSQ's brand language into UI decisions. Maintains consistency across web, app, and email so the brand feels like one product, not three.
Experience designing for health-tech, medical devices, or premium consumer tech is a strong plus. Comfortable in Figma. Basic understanding of front-end constraints is a plus.
3 to 6 years experience preferred. Portfolio with shipped product (not just concept work) required.
Someone with a strong, opinionated visual eye who can hold DUSQ's identity consistent across a hundred different formats without it ever looking templated.
Owns: Social statics and carousels, decks (investor, partner, internal), ad creative, campaign visuals, packaging and print touchpoints.
Maintains brand system (typography, colour, layout, photography treatment) while bringing fresh execution to every piece. AI-first. Comfortable in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with D2C, health-tech, or premium consumer brands is a plus. A portfolio showing range (not just one aesthetic) is a strong plus.
2 to 5 years experience preferred.
Founder reels, infographic reels, UGC ad cuts, short-form for Instagram and LinkedIn, long-form video edits. AI-first.
Strong proof of work required.
Someone who can build and shoot multiple mini sets for reels in a single day. Lean, mobile, fast turnaround. Shoots on iPhone and gimbal with portable lighting and equipment. No big crew, no heavy gear. Sets up and breaks down quickly between shots.
Thinks in visual hooks, not just footage. Has ideas on opening frames, scroll-stop moments, and current Reels trends, and can suggest formats rather than waiting to be briefed. Hands off clean, well-organised footage that editors can cut without chasing missing shots.
AI-first. Experience shooting mobile-first content (iPhone and gimbal workflows) for personal brand, founder, or D2C is a strong plus.
2+ years experience preferred. Strong proof of work required. Full-time / project basis.
Someone who thinks in content arcs. Holds a brand and founder voice across formats: Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
Owns: Full chain from ideation to copywriting, format testing, and back-and-forth with editors until the output is right. Execution across founder pages, brand page, UGC, and creator direction.
Tracking and reporting progress. Scouting trends and formats, making them ours. Works directly with founders to translate thinking into content that lands.
Having launched and scaled a health, fitness, wellness, or tech brand is a plus. Prior experience with a US audience is a plus. Proof of being a content creator yourself is a strong plus.
4 to 8 years experience preferred.
Someone who owns day-to-day execution across all platforms without being told twice. Scheduling, publishing, community management, comment monitoring, trend scouting, social listening.
Community management across WhatsApp, Reddit, and Discord. Keeps the content calendar tight and brand voice consistent. Knows what is performing and why, and reports on it without being asked.
Having managed social for a health, fitness, wellness, or tech brand is a plus. Prior experience with a US audience is a plus. Proof of running a brand account yourself is a strong plus.
3 to 6 years experience preferred.
You think in arcs that hold attention for 5 to 15 minutes. Strong command of English across structure, pacing, and narrative build. You do not use AI lazily. You can write founder essays and documentary-style scripts that feel thought-through, not summarised.
Owns: Founder long-form scripts for YouTube, LinkedIn essays and posts, personal branding, deep-dive explainer scripts. Translates dense science into narrative that holds without dumbing it down.
Having launched and scaled a health, fitness, wellness, or tech brand is a plus. Prior experience writing for founders or personal brands (not just company blogs) is a strong plus.
4 to 8 years experience preferred.
You understand short-form formats, systems, and arcs. High command of English across grammar, semantics, and structure. You do not use AI lazily. You can write talking scripts and reading scripts that actually engage.
Founder scripts, UGC scripts, brand scripts, creator scripts. Having launched and scaled a health, fitness, wellness, or tech brand is a plus. Prior experience with a US audience is a plus.
4 to 8 years experience preferred.
You write clean, persuasive long-form copy across formats: blogs, emails, FAQ, and sales collateral. High command of English across grammar, structure, and tone shifts. You do not use AI lazily. You hold complex positioning accurately without flattening it into generic copy.
Owns: Blog content, email flows via Mailchimp or Klaviyo, sales and investor collateral, FAQ, and general brand copy. Adapts tone per channel and funnel stage (top of funnel story, middle of funnel mechanism, bottom of funnel proof) without needing heavy rewrites.
Experience writing for health-tech, D2C, or science-led brands is a plus. Comfortable working from dense source material (clinical docs, brand decks) and turning it into clear copy.
3 to 6 years experience preferred.
