Careers

Great sleep requires every system working together. So does great work.

DUSQ was founded on a simple but radical idea: sleep is not a passive shutdown but an active biological process that can be measured, protected, and improved in real time. Everyone we hire helps us take that further.

Owns first-line customer support across email and social media platforms, representing DUSQ to a growing base of early adopters and US backers.

Owns: Responds to customer queries across email and social media platforms, maintains CRM records, and supports community management across social channels. Flags recurring feedback patterns to the team and coordinates with internal teams on order, shipping, and product issues.

Comfortable with automation tools, and working independently during US hours.

2+ years in customer support or customer success preferred. Experience with a D2C, health-tech, or wellness brand is a plus.

Supply Chain 1
Senior Supply Chain SpecialistFull-time
NCR

Someone who has run hardware procurement under real cost and timeline pressure, not just approved purchase orders.

Owns: Sourcing and procurement across DUSQ's PCBAs, enclosure, and charging cradle - BOM cost management, should-cost analysis, supplier qualification, and negotiation on pricing, lead times, and MOQs. Manages contract manufacturer/EMS relationships, buffer stock and obsolescence risk, and inbound logistics and customs clearance for imported components.

8+ years in electronics or hardware procurement and supply chain preferred, ideally consumer electronics or medical devices. Experience with distributors (Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, LCSC) and contract manufacturers required. Medical device supply chain or ISO 13485 supplier quality experience is a strong plus.
